I really love to be constantly learning. I find it very stimulating because it allows me to be open to new ideas and sociocultural advances, which also allows me to practice my critical thinking. Additionally in my case, for example, it has become significant because of the necessities of my workplace. As a teacher, I like to improve with new methodologies that give my students the tools to develop their social and academic skills. In other terms, I enjoy the chance to learn and apply active learning methodologies such as flipped classroom, 5-steps, and the Learning 1 to 1 system. All of them, are strategies that put students in the center of their own learning experiences and let them know how to learn to learn.
